A man has been charged after allegedly breaching Public Health Orders in Parramatta this month.
On Saturday, January 16 and 23, officers from Parramatta Police Area Command attended and dispersed crowds at unauthorised protests in Parramatta’s CBD.
An investigation was launched into the circumstances surrounding the protests.
Following inquiries, a 36-year-old man was arrested at a home on Gary Street, Merrylands, and taken to Granville Police Station yesterday on Thursday, January 28.
