Man hit dozens of sexual assault charges

A man has been charged following investigations into multiple alleged sexual assaults in North Parramatta over the last two years.

In April 2025, officers attached to Parramatta Police Area Command, established Strike Force Diapur and commenced an investigation following reports of multiple alleged sexual assaults in the North Parramatta area.

Police were told three women – one aged 29 and two aged 21 – were allegedly sexually assaulted by a 31-year-old man between April 2023 and April 2025.

Following extensive inquiries, about 8.30am yesterday, strike force detectives executed a search warrant at a home in North Parramatta, where they arrested a 31-year-old man.

During the search, police seized a mobile phone and documents, which will be forensically examined.

The man was taken to Parramatta Police Station, where he was charged with 32 counts of sexual intercourse without consent, threaten to distribute intimate image without consent (DV) and fail to comply digital evidence access order direction.

He was refused bail to appear before Parramatta Local Court today.
