More than 400 apartments exclusively designed for renters have launched in Parramatta.
Home Parramatta has launched at 116 Macquarie Street, with 428 units across a 47-level tower.
Offering hotel-inspired services, premium amenities, and a vibrant community and events program, Home Parramatta is now leasing.
Christian Grahame, Head of HOME, said: “We are elated by the response to HOME Parramatta. Leasing momentum has been immediate, and after many years of meticulous planning, the response from renters has been extraordinary, with strong enquiry and site tours heavily booked. We have received well over 200 applications in the first few weeks, reflecting significant demand.”
As the market leader in Build-to-Rent communities, HOME currently houses more than 2,600 residents across three successful Victorian locations.
“Home Parramatta builds on the success of our established communities in Victoria with an experience we have continuously refined through resident feedback, proven by strong resident satisfaction and recognised through multiple industry awards. We have adapted that proven model for Sydney and created a premium rental offering specifically for Parramatta’s lifestyle, connectivity and growing multi-cultural community,” Grahame said.
“At HOME, we have always designed around the resident experience – service, safety, and the quality of our apartments and amenities are the foundation. The success of our communities comes down to the details: a high standard of finish, high standard of on-site resident service, wellness programs and curated events that bring people together.”
Designed by dynamic architecture and design practice DKO Architecture in collaboration with Stanisic Architects, Home Parramatta embodies a vision of laid-back Australian luxury. The tower offers light-filled studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, each featuring premium finishes and detailing from renowned Australian designers including Jardan, Anaca & Co, Sarah Ellison, Hay, and Globe West.
Sweeping district views capture Parramatta, Sydney CBD and the Blue Mountains, while six sky terraces with extensive vertical green walls provide serene communal spaces to relax and connect.
Apartments are fitted with major whitegoods appliances including a washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher and fridge.
Also available is a choice of unfurnished or fully furnished apartment options, delivering a high-end standard of apartment living where residents can truly make their space their own.
Just moments from Parramatta Square and neighbouring Westmead and Harris Park, residents enjoy proximity to key cultural and lifestyle destinations including the Powerhouse Museum, CommBank Stadium, and world-class shopping and dining precincts including Westfield Parramatta and Eat Street.
The site is highly connected, serviced by the new Sydney Metro and light rail, offering seamless connectivity.
“We specifically chose to locate in Parramatta as our first NSW location because it represents the future of Sydney. As the city’s second CBD, Parramatta is connected by major transport links and surrounded by world-class amenities including Parramatta Square and Westfield, alongside leading educational and arts institutions. It is already an established residential precinct, and we wanted to be as close as possible to the infrastructure and energy of the city’s core. Parramatta has it all!” Grahame said.
Apartments are available for lease now from $590 per week.
